Returns Policy

Candles: if a candle arrives damaged upon delivery, we will send you a replacement free of charge for all customers (U.S. based and global), but proof of damage must be sent to us. You may return any unused new candles with its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. If replacing a product with the exact product or a different color, shipping is on us. If product is returned, for US customers, full refund is issued, but customer will have to pay for return shipping with their preferred shipping carrier; for international orders outside of U.S.A. shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All refunds must be approved first before shipping it back and photos and/or a video may be requested before it is shipped back. 

Art: you may return original artworks from Iordanka that have not been damaged within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping cost and insurance cost. Artwork is packaged with utmost care to prevent any damage during shipping; thus, if you are returning it please have it professionally packaged. If artwork is received damaged as a result of shipping mishandling, please take photos and videos of the damage to have on hand before contacting us. All original artworks will be insured for the total amount paid and in order for the artist to file a claim, photos and videos of the damage need to be emailed to in order to release full refund. For any custom artworks and portraits from photos, it is considered a commissioned hired service; therefore, no refunds will be issued once it is shipped and the final artwork approved by customer. However, an insurance can be added for an extra charge if you'd like a piece of mind. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
